The Socket & See DLMPRO has been specifically designed with the gas and electrical appliance engineer in mind. It combines a socket test, loop test and selected basic multimeter functions to create another Socket & See First. The DLM PRO is the first tester to combine all the test procedures undertaken in a service and maintenance situation as followed by some of the UK’s leading appliance care companies. Development was undertaken alongside key customers and with a specification aimed reducing costs for the user. Combining the individual tests into a compact and handheld tester means less things to carry and less complicated products to understand. Its robust, ergonomic design and colour coding make it safe and simple to use. Socket & See’s latest product marries ergonomic design with robust functionality, featuring a single rotary switch for ease of use and colour coding for intuitive operation. Safety is paramount, with both visual and audible warnings to alert users, ensuring ultimate protection. In the event of a fault condition, the display backscreen illuminates red to provide clear indication. This versatile tool supports a wide range of measurements including AC 0-500V, 40-200Hz, DC 0-500V, and Continuity 0-2MΩ, alongside features like None Trip and Auto Off for enhanced usability. It comes equipped with a durable fabric case, 4mm test leads, and the SS130 socket adaptor, ensuring you have everything you need for accurate testing. Fragile Goods
For fragile goods such as lamps and light fittings, we try to use as local a delivery service as possible, but regardless of the service, they will be thoroughly packaged to ensure they arrive in the best possible order.
Pallet Deliveries
Larger products require a pallet delivery in order to safely ship these products to you. Pallet deliveries are £150 ex.VAT and can take 1-3 working days but, in most instances, arrives in 1-2 working days.
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the stock availability of products displayed on the site is accurate; all goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order we find the goods you have ordered are no longer available from stock, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Returns
United Electrical Products Ltd comply fully with and aim to exceed the requirements of the Consumer Contract Regulations.
If you change your mind
We allow you 30 days after we have delivered your order for you to change your mind and to notify us of your wish to return the item(s) for a refund.
Before returning any goods for refund you must first obtain a returns reference from our Sales Team on 01922 625544 or sales@unitedproducts.co.uk
PLEASE NOTE: Goods are returned at the customers cost and risk. To ensure a refund goods must reach us in perfect condition in the original packaging, the packaging must be undamaged and unmarked, the goods must reach us within 30 days.
Please allow 14 days from when we receive your returned goods to obtaining your refund. Any carriage charges incurred on your original delivery will not be refunded.
For clarity refunds will not be issued if:
- You notify us of your intention to cancel your order more than 30 days after delivery.
- The goods are not accompanied by a returns number.
- The goods are not in perfect re-saleable condition.
- The goods packaging is marked or damaged.
- The goods arrive back with us more than 30 days of the Returns number issue date.
Goods not refunded can be collected or returned to you at additional cost.
Faulty Items
Please notify us as soon as you become aware that an item you have purchase from us has developed a fault. If the product is within the manufacturer’s warranty period we will replace or refund the product as appropriate.
Faulty items should be returned along with a returns number.
In the event the product is proved to be faulty we will refund the cost of returning the item to us.
If after testing and inspection the goods prove not to be faulty or have been damaged by poor or incorrect installation a refund or replacement will be denied.
Damaged Goods / Short Deliveries
If after testing and inspection the goods prove not to be faulty or have been damaged by poor or incorrect installation a refund or replacement will be denied.
Deliveries must be checked immediately for damage, shortages or delivery errors which must be reported to us in writing within 3 working days of the delivery.
Claims for damaged goods, delivery shortages or errors will not be entertained outside of the 3 working day notification period.
